Now that some time has passed it’s obvious that the term “cloud” is still not clearly defined by the end user community. This is in part due to the fac that many resellers and secondary OEM’s like to capitalize on the popularity of the word to sell more equipment, generate install fees, annual maintenance along with contracts for the equipment, not to mention the upgrade path that’s sure to follow when OEM’s top supporting their hardware.
